This is a 3D printed replacement cassette deck door for the Conion C100F and similar boomboxes such as the Clairtone 7980 and Helix HX-4635. It is not designed for the Korean version of the C100 however, as although it will seemingly fit and physically install into the cassette well, it will not latch properly as the door latch location is in a different location on that version. This door is offered as a complete kit (about 15 pieces). Including the following:

The doors are printed using the HP multijet fusion process and results in an extremely strong product with a rough textured black finish. It may be painted silver or gray to match the original look behind the glass area but the painted texture will remain and even accentuate the grainy look so we recommend that you keep this in mind if you intend to paint it. It is stronger than the original ABS material.

You can also order only the (raw) door and bracket instead of in complete kit form if you wish to complete and finish it yourself. However, you will have to source the glass, trim (if you want it) and hardware yourself as we do not sell those parts separately.
